This month is all about your dreams and we are not just talking about the ones you create when you are asleep. We are also going to be looking at the dreams we have when we are conscious. It's time to Dream Big Ningers! Over the coming weeks we will be setting a few challenges to get you thinking about your own dreams! So relax, sit back and let your dreams become reality.

*~ This fortnight in the Photography Thread we will be sharing photos of our workspaces and studio space with each other. It's where as artists our dreams are formulated and brought to life in our Art - it's our sanctuary. Artist are a voyeuristic bunch and looking at other peoples space does something pleasant to our creative drives – so whatever your space, be it small or large – messy or organised – share it and let us all have a little peek into your creative sanctum. *~Illustration Fortnight Fun – Desire
*~Last fortnight we explored Gary’s Dream theme by looking at Neil Gaiman’s Sandman character Dream – This fortnight we will be looking at his sibling – the androgynous and devious Desire. Moving from Dream’s mental realm of “I think” into the heart shaped landscape of “I feel”. Desire is all about impulse and can often be taken as being malicious – living in the land of gratification and desire she is motivated by self. She’s an intoxicating character with much to offer an artists imagination. You can create Desire on paper, on canvas, or on any material you want... with any medium... in any style that moves you. It’s totally up to you, it’s all welcome and encoraged.

*~Build your Dream Studio
~* Ever wanted to build your dream studio but can't afford it or you simply don't have the space? WELL YES YOU CAN NINGERS! This challenge is about building, and no you don't need to use a hammer or a drill. All you will need is your imagination and your dreams. Your challenge is to create your dream artist's studio from cardboard! This is a lot of fun and it is a great way to share with other artists your ideas for the perfect dream studio.
